Works really well for sleep I take about 2-3

As a chronic insomniac I have tried just about everything to get a good night’s sleep.  Without a doubt this is the best natural product available…I find this higher concentration perfect but recommend starting with 10 mg to start.  I wake up refreshed and no weird hangover that prescription.

Good product, got me to sleep bit on the expensive side for a 10 pack.

Some of the pills were stronger than the others, which can make for an interesting night if you aren't prepared for the higher dose. I understand it is hard to make the dosage exact. Each pill was supposed to be about 25mg, which most of them were. I bought them to help me sleep and they worked pretty good. It usually took about 2 hours for me to feel anything, but I am a 250 pound dude. I was surprised how much of the muchies they gave me. Late night snacking is not good. I still ended up taking a couple hits off a vape to help me sleep as well. They did help with stomach pains and headaches though. That was a great plus.
