We give back to communities across California, donating over $250,000 and volunteering thousands of hours to non-profits across the state since 2019. Our Community Advisory Boards in each of our locations steward our community benefits program to ensure alignment with the interests of the communities we serve.

Cannabis is a local business: all our stores are locally owned and operated. Our leadership team, with over 50 years of combined legal cannabis experience, are in our stores every day. We have one of the strongest track records in California in winning new cannabis retail licenses in communities across the state; from large metro areas to smaller towns and cities. We open, own and operate all our stores. Diversity and inclusivity are defining traits of California’s strongest communities. We are 80% diverse on a race and gender basis across the company, and 90% diverse at our management level.

We source and curate from the best in California’s compliant and responsibly grown cannabis. 

We carry the leading brands in the state, from SoCal to NorCal, and we reserve over 66% of our shelf space for LGBTQIA+, Female, BIPOC and Legacy -founded cannabis brands. We are a progressive cannabis retailer: we lead the industry in service and product innovation and have launched more new cannabis products at our stores than any other major retailer. We actively seek out and curate new brands, legacy brands, and small growers from across California, focusing on quality, sustainability and innovation.  We partner with major brands and media platforms from outside the cannabis industry to de-stigmatize and normalize the responsible use of cannabis.
