I took a break from smoking and vaping cannabis, especially to help me relax and sleep better.

I decided to get these for a vacation, since I was staying in a hotel room with family members who snore too loudly and I couldn’t get any sleep because of that.

I took 1 pill and it made me feel drowsy and I was able to knockout right away . However, I had to take another dose when I woke in the middle of the night, due to my regular sleeping patterns - usually getting 3-4 hours of sleep due to work and school.

On the next night, I took two doses and had 8-9 of hours sleep, which is probably the most I’ve had in a long time.

I would definitely get these again, when I go on trips, taking a break from vaping/smoking, and wanting to help me sleep more hours on my days off

They work just not. my personal favorite product.

I love these gel caps. I take them with my evening tea to help me relax. 

I have trouble falling and staying asleep. I decided to give these a try. I took only one capsule but did not really feel much. The next night i took 2 capsules and I would describe the feeling as similar to that of a chilly winter's day and you have on your fuzzy socks, and are wrapped in a cozy blanket with a nice cup of hot tea.-very relaxing and cozy. I didn't fall asleep right away but ended up being able to sleep through the night. I really enjoyed my experience and will probably purchase the higher dose capsules next time.

You advertise 50 (fifty) milligram, but it's truly only 5 (five) milligram. I was very frustrated when I got home. Please advertise honestly quantity. Thank you.
