I use this product when the THC rich Papa & Barkley releaf balm is unavailable. Since Papa & Barkley products are non-transdermal, I get the less expensive one.  My body likes both THC and CBD and P& B products don't get you high.

Wonderful for lower back pain. Almost instant relief. 

Helped immensely with shoulder pain.  Made it so I was able to actually use that arm pain free instead of being in constant pain.

This stuff is amazing for pain. I put it on my feet due to neuropathy and it relieves so much pain. 

Did take the pain away in some of my neck. But only lasted about 2 hrs 

The product reduced the pain in my frozen shoulder to a tolerable level; but I would awake in pain in the middle of the night needing a new application.  It takes the edge of pain off but did not eliminate the pain.  So I would give it a 3 for pain relieve.  What bothered me most is the teeny little jar; its enough for one maybe two weeks.  The jar measures 1 +3/4" across and 1 +1/2" tall and it's thick glass, so not very much product.  

I think the formula changes doesn't give me the pain relief it use to for long time or and effective.

Very mild relief from joint pain. Not for heavy duty pain.

Probably different for everyone, but worked for me..... overall i'd say good stuff...

along with prescribed NARCO, helps with arthritis pain...

My husband used this for lower back pain and he says this balm is great because it helps him ease the pain away and helps him go on with his day.

Love this for my carpel tunnel and arthritis. Also helps for neck and lower back pain. 

This product has been working very well for me. I use it as a hand cream at night and wear compression gloves to ease the nerve pain in my hands. I have carpel tunnel syndrome and arthritis in my hands from many years of keyboarding. The pain would get very bad like sharp electric shocks through the center of my hand and my ring and middle fingers.  It would keep me from sleeping. The Papa & Barkley balm has helped me significantly. I don't take any pain medicine. I just use the balm on my hands, arms and elbows. 

I put this on my knees before a long hike to avoid any joint pain and it works perfectly! Highly recommend. 

This balm has a woodsy aroma and is easy to rub into your skin.  My hands feel great within minutes of application.

Helps my Neuropathy in my feet. Excellent relief!

I love the smell and not to greasy works well   And lasts a long time. A little is very nice for massage. 

This product works wonders for any type of muscle pain and headaches. It works pretty instantly for a topical. I would say it lasts about 1 hour for pain relief. 

I need a shoulder replacement, however, CBD creme rubbed into the joint and the back of my neck help relieve the pain for a temporary fix🙂

Really seems to do the trick on my sore neck. I have to be honest, I'm surprised. 

Strong smell but works very well to relieve my nerve pain in my back.

Not as good as the 4-1 for pain relief for me it's a personal choice

Smells and feels great as it is a coconut 🥥and essentials oils  based salve.

I don't know why there is thc in hand or body cream because it's my understanding that it doesn't effect anything in you so I don't know if it's just because there's residual or what. But the same company sells a 1:3 but I'm curious as to what effect it has if any with more in it. I can't bring myself to try the 1:3 but it's expensive so I haven't yet.
