Upnorth Durban poison is good stuff, but when you pay big $ for an 8th, you expect to get the full weight not just 3 grams. Sad that their's hardly any consumer protection from these 
 unscrupulous growers and dispensaries. Buyer beware. 

It's good for just sitting back and relaxing.

Early am, drawing in the gassy smoke of Durban Poison is always a great way to start the day.  Ear buds in, Ear muffs on, slide the choke forward and fire up the rider. Ease into the throttle with "The Texas Troubadours fiddlin the hell out of "Before the Devil knows you're dead" and it's off to the races folks. Great Job UpNorth.

I've gotten one crappy batch in all the years I've bought durban is by far one of the best In the state.

Very good wake & bake to start my day. Gets me thinking about positive vibes. Settles in nice and let's you organize & achieve daily goals. This one will stay in my rotation. Good price for decent smoke.

UpNorth is my favorite for DP. Crystal clear head high. Great for focus.

Durban poison concentrate is my favorite strain of all time. This product was not that great. It smelled amazing but it was not cured long enough and clumped up my vaporizer.  I attempted to dry it out further for about a week but still had issues. I tried it rolled, pipe, vaporizer.. just did not produce a high quality high.  

everything was funny while hanging with my friends, it’s definitely worth the purchase!

Top notch . Just as expected. Wonderful small, great high. One or two hits of this and I'm good. Buds were not dry, coated in crystals. Highly recommended to keep in your stash for a pure sativa.

Honestly bangin. I have narcolepsy so I look for strains that aren’t gonna make me even sleepier. This stuff is perfect for me because it makes me crafty. Like I will smoke it and then get a burst of motivation to bake something, paint something, clean my room, etc. I smoke this when I need a push to do stuff I’ve been putting off for weeks, too. It really makes me get shit done.

If you're into pure Sativas this stuff is Top Notch. Personally I usually always prefer Indicas or Hybrids but for the pure buzz chasers this is what you're looking for.

This has been my top sativa strain since trying it and the others I’ve tried are always nice but this one just has the edge to it the others don’t.  Also very happy with the brand and other strains they offer. 

UpNorth Humboldt has super quality buds that hit like freight train and this Durban Poison strain is no joke.  It's a very heady high, might be too much for light smokers.  I would take in small amounts if you're not used to a strong strain like this.  It can have a bit of a Euphoric Heavy High which is great for people who like strong buds like me, but it might not be for everyone. I love this strain though, buy it almost every time I hit the dispensary.

I use to not like this strand when buying off the street from your local dealer. It never got me high. But getting it from the dispensary has changed my mind. The feeling is intense and you can feel a mini vibration running through your body. If you smoke too much of this, you will feel sleepy. So only smoke one joint. 

Perfect for the mornings and throughout the day. Gives  a whole lot of pep and zero couch lock

I know people claim this is the best (Tasting, Smelling etc). It may be (to some). To me it tasted like every other Sativa. That pine taste. The high was up there. Not for me. I can find a much cheaper Sativa in the future. I am color blind. No idea what color bud is. Had 5 really nice buds in glass jar.

I have MS, it helps me stay awake and helps some of my pain! I would definitely recommend this for long time pain suffers!

First batch I had was tasty. After that the other 3    eighths where not as tasty and didn’t seem like it was cured long enough. It did it’s job though.

My first time trying this brand, gotta say for a seasoned smoker this is some good stuff. Feeling is relaxed and chill, good head high. The buds are nice and sticky. Recommend this and will definitely purchase again. 

Gave me that extreme paranoia and rapid heart rate high. Definitely a Sativa strain will stick to my indicas.

When I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it anymore m. Smh wasting my time. Could have sent a msg or something or followed up. Had my mind set on it but couldn’t even try it smh

Not good at all. Im an Every day smoker and this stuff is Not worth the buy.it Harsh going down and the buds are not that nice. Go with Wedding Mints or NF1 in UpNorth. Trust they are Much better

Super fresh and sticky! The smell is amazing and it tastes just as good. This has been one of my favorite strains since I lived in California WAY before it was legal in Illinois and this UpNorth Humboldt version is hands down the best flower I've had from any dispensary to date and as good as the stuff I had when I lived in CA!

The effects were as expected and pleasing, the flower was not dried enough to smoke well. A little micro wave before grind was the cure. Not as much keif as some other strains.

The Durban Poison(really any UPNorth strain…) is consistently always straight 🔥!!!!

I was not used to sativas as I normally smoke hybrids or indicas.  One hit and I was riled up for almost 2 hours.  Couldn't get much done as my mind was aflame, but I had a lot of fun.

Great! Smells good and gave a chill high. Could endlessly play video games or watch movies. It was a smooth hit too not aggressive or made me cough (I do smoke a lot tho so if you’re a beginner I prolly would recommend something else to you).

Check your weights!!  I got two 3.5gs and they totaled 5.5g.. Strain is great but supplier is iffy! 

Literally the best tasting weed ive ever bought in my entire life. It tasted like the sweetest not sour lime.

I can be creative with Durban and then after an hour or two, sleep soundly. It’s not like a cup of coffee but for me, but it wasn’t instantly tired either. 

It was an ok flower product, my interests seem fairly specific.

What hasn’t already been said about UpNorth’s Durban Poison? One of the few landraces readily available in Illinois, this stuff really packs a punch. Almost always big, thick buds absolutely loaded with resinous glands, super sticky and extra icky. The smell is pure lemon and skunk; it reminds me of so many other strains, but is still very unique. Smoking via joint will definitely cause a few coughs at first before you really get used to it. Durban Poison is a heavyweight and deserves a class all of its own. By far the best bud you can get in the IL legal market. Highly recommended.

Very relaxing, took away my anxiety and my pain. I also found this very helpful for my hunger. I am struggling with mental health issues including PTSD, anxiety and it helped ease my mind and no racing thoughts.

Apparently, Durban Poison is the purest strain of indica available: it's powerful, mentally stimulating, and sensual, all at the same time.

The absolute best experience with cannabis I've had in my 2-year career. And that's not (just) High Me saying that.

This was probably the best cured flower I've ever gotten retail.  Fresh and sticky but not damp or moldy.  Smells great and hits nice.  Awesome for daytime, but great late at night too!  Can't wait to try more from UpNorth Humboldt!
