Awesome product.  Made taking dabs super easy and convenient.  The tiny charger is kinda wack tho

When it works,  I did enjoy it. And for about 3-months, it was the best vape device I had ever used. But things would soon go awry. The main selling point of the Pro was supposed to be the bluetooth capability and the "customization" features available through the app. But there's the app adds to the smoking experience other than pretty colors, controlling from your phone, and being able to see a digital representation of the temperature as it rises.

My biggest issue with this device though is the chamber connection problems . At this point, I'm pretty sure I've seen the blinking red/white lights more than I've seen the double solids (i.e., begins to heat up). At times,  I've screwed the damn chamber on that gold prong tighter than a pickle jar and still had problems. These issues would occur with greater frequency the longer I used the device. Save your instructions  because the internet isn't too helpful other than telling you what the error messages mean. 

Also, do not be misled by the many add-ons Puffco offers. For example, the "wireless" charger is actually a battery pack that still requires a cord, albeit no more than 2in, to charge the device. The 3D chamber does produce about 50% more vapor,  but it suffers from the same connection problems as the standard chamber. And the additional "app features" were nothing more than a pop-up notification informing me I had added the 3D chamber and a new visual of the device heating up. 

It's simple to use, there's a good chunk of fun upgrades, and it makes using concentrates easy as can be.  Wait for a 20% or more off sale to buy it, and it'll be even better!

Best product for consumption of extracts. Period. Worth every cent spent on it.

Coming straight out the box, set it up with a 3mm terp pearl, 515 -520 temp for a 1:25 and use the oculus cap. I found out placing the cap at a 12 o clock (airhole facing in front of you not at you) will really help the pearl to spin. Dont inhale to hard as this will cause the oil to splash everywhere, dirtiness and lead to waste. Last tip, dont hit this like a bong instead think of it like drinking from a straw.

If you are willing to fork out the extra cheddar cheese for this bad boy, especially if you want a more customizable piece than the original, then you WILL be satisfied. I heard the base model is excellent as well and I can see why, Puffco makes great products. I picked up a 3D chamber and it make a world of difference, grab a hot knife too if ya wanna go all out! You’ll be come a Concentrate Connoisseur in no time! I should know, never done concentrates before I got this baby, don’t think I can go back now. 

Stay at 560 or you’ll chaz the chamber if you got the cash upgrade to a 3D chamber be sure to use a bamboo a tip to clean oil

This product is good not great, I’ve owned 2. Out of the box the device isn’t any good, constantly having to reheat compared to the old one. The build quality is far better than the OG. And while the app is glitchy if you have an iPhone, The Android version works amazing.  My problem with this device is 1. It’s Cost. 2. Low vapor production. 3. Having to reheat 3+ times just to finish my dab. Temp @ 525 for 1 Minute. 

Seems like an overpriced product. Looks like you need to buy custom glass to get good hits.
